Build Freedom Home - Website Summary / Areas Overview

Here you'll find creative, innovative, and powerful ways to enjoy more freedom, and how to turn your freedom expertise into improvements and advantages in all areas of life. Our basic theme is "building freedom" rather than "fighting for freedom" or "fighting against tyranny". Once a critical mass of individuals focus on building freedom, the criminal advocates of coercive political systems will lose their power and influence.

How to Become a 10% Person or Better - Part I
"... One of the differences between humans and other animals is that we don't automatically become mature. Most wild animals, without having to think about it or make some special effort, attain the potential they're capable of.

Not so, with humans. We have to make special conscious and deliberate efforts to develop and increase our intelligence, our thinking skills, our creativity, our emotional control, our psychological well-being, our communication and social skills, our personal power, and our health..."

Project Abolish Stupidity & Increase Intelligence

"Only two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe." -- Albert Einstein

"... Why is there so much crap or stupidity in human minds?

Answer: There are two basic ways to obtain a living:

  1. Value creation (earn it - win/win relationships):
    1. Grow your own food and produce everything you need to survive yourself.
    2. Produce valuable products and/or services and trade them (respecting private property, voluntary association, and voluntary exchange).

  2. Value destruction (win/lose or lose/lose relationships):
    1. Steal what you need through overt robbery and/or covert burglary and/or fraud.
    2. Dupe victims (force crap or stupidity into their minds) so they'll pay you without requiring that you produce anything of value.
    3. Have someone else steal for you, and give you some of the proceeds. (E.g. by "voting" for the politician who promises the most "free" stuff.)
    4. "Borrow" money but never pay it back.
    5. Etc.

1. above could be called the "economic means to survival".
2. could be called "the political means to survival".

Politics as theft needs to be disguised and misrepresented as "necessary", "for the public/common good", "for the children", etc. The suckers' minds need to be overwhelmed with stupidities so they'll buy this crap. ..."

Responding to Information
"There are many ways to respond to the information you receive. One way is to instantly and automatically reject it. Another is to instantly and automatically accept and believe it.

Another is to evaluate it: "Might there be something useful for me here?"

Another is to see if it fits with your current knowledge. If there's just one thing "wrong" with any of it, then reject all of it.

Some of us have "compartments" or "boxes" into which we classify information... without further inspection and evaluation. ...Some may have a "box" called "libertarian nonsense", "religious nonsense," "atheist nonsense," "legal nonsense," "anarchy nonsense," etc...

Some people use evaluation of the messenger as a criterion. If it comes from so-and-so it must be garbage. But if my hero says so, it must be true...

When people respond... their response may be to some extent a response to the information and to some extent a response to whatever goes on in their own minds..."

The Ten Core Concepts of Freedom Technology

Respecting Levels of Freedom
"... I delineate three levels of freedom-promoting activities:
  • Level 1 - Basic. At this level, freedom activists learn about freedom philosophy, try to educate others, participate in protests, petitions, or Libertarian Party politics, try to change the system, etc.

  • Level 2 - Intermediate. At this level, freedom activists essentially learn how to withdraw material/financial support from "coercive political systems" and they extricate themselves as far as practical from these "systems." They focus on aspects like personal empowerment, health, wealth, etc.

  • Level 3 - Advanced. At this level, freedom activists withdraw conceptual, intellectual, and semantic support from supposed "coercive political systems." They discover the most basic nature of pretended "coercive political systems." They cure themselves from Slavespeak (and "Slavethink").

#TL10: How To Achieve and Increase Personal Power
"To feel that we are worthwhile individuals, to know that we exist, we have to express our power - feel that we are in control. This imperative to express our power and experience control is central to human behavior. Every human does something to express his or her power in the world. This power can be expressed creatively or destructively.

Humans first attempt to express their power creatively. If such attempts fail repeatedly, they experience themselves as powerless. They may feel helpless and hopeless, and become depressed. What they experience is that they cannot make a positive difference in their own lives or in the world. A cognitive breakdown occurs between their actions and the results they produce. Mentally and intellectually they cease to understand the connections between their behavior and the consequences of their behavior. Then they express their power destructively.

This phenomenon is at the root of practically all individual and societal problems.

Understanding this phenomenon and its implications leads to the solution of practically all individual and societal problems."

The Most Powerful Freedom Strategy
"Broadly speaking, I see nineteen approaches to achieving freedom... My personal favorite is the ECONOMIC MEANS TO FREEDOM, which is basically the economic strategy, bolstered by the personal power, invisibility, and PT strategies. I also know a little legal strategy to the extent that if I receive a letter from a terrocrat, I have a pretty good idea whether I should ignore it, or respond in a way most likely to persuade the terrocrat to leave me alone and spend his precious time going after easier marks or targets. ..."

The World's Most Powerful Formula!
"... If in any area of your life you're not making progress, you may be stuck in an inappropriate CVS ["Current View of the Situation."].

An inappropriate CVS, such as "I'm no good at..." (whatever), can have a devastating effect on your level of success, your happiness, and even your health.

It's most important to realize that your CVS is something you CHOOSE. Whatever you think or say about yourself and the world -- Reality -- is a CVS you choose. You are free to choose a better view at any time...

Whatever you learned in school or from any "authorities" is essentially a CVS you are free to accept, reject, or change. ..."

Introduction to NSPIC: Neuro-Semantic Political Illusion Complex
"... NSPIC relates to a dimension of freedom unknown to practically all freedom lovers and freedom activists - conservatives, libertarians, objectivists, anarchists, neo-tech owners, etc.

... At the most fundamental level, most freedom activists actually help keep coercive political systems in place by reinforcing and spreading the basic mind-numbing abstractions, illusions, and fraud words/concepts, upon which the power of coercive politicians and bureaucrats depends. ..."
