Comments: Duh! Raw makes sense. We are natural biological entities, so it would only make sense that we would thrive with a natural, i.e., raw diet! The question remains as to what the implications of such an obvious but little attended fact truly are. This I believe will require some inquiry on our parts. I am glad that you are all there. Good day to you all.

Comments: I'm pretty new to this, only two months, but it has shown me that cooked foods are definitely addictive and unnatural.

Comments: I eat fruit. I think that any raw fooder that wants to eat meat should catch the animals with their bare hands or better yet not do it at all. I'm currently writing a book called How To Escape From Babylon.

Comments: I've experimented with a raw food diet off and on for about a year. What I really need is a good support group in Orlando, FL to give me encouragement. Also, does anyone know where to get good quality organic beef or veal liver?

Comments: I prefer the anopsological approach. I enjoy raw meat, especially side pork, lamb and escalar tuna. I've just recently started taking supplements on a regular basis.

Comments: Vegan raw-fooder since 1996. My energy level is far superior to most of the cooked-food eaters that I know. And at 31, I look better than I did seven years ago (according to friends who hadn't seen me for that long). The benefits of rawfoodism are worth the efforts.

Raw-food eater since: 1997
Comments: I have been a 100% raw vegan for a year now, and am only in the past few months beginning to feel the benefits. My strength is increasing, great resistance to cold, masses of energy, bliss. In a way I can understand why people give up on exclusive raw vegan, it is a hard transition to make. It takes some people a long time, yet once you break though the clouds, life becomes awe-inspiring; it is amazing. Raw animal products are for carnivores, fresh fruit and vegetables for human. Go raw Vegan, you can break though and reach the stars with perseverance...

Comments: My basic approach is Anopsology.  I also take a wide range of supplements.  In some respects my body is probably physiologically about 10 years younger now (1/23/98) than it was 11 years ago!

Comments: After breaking a two week juice fast I had the most energy I've ever had in my life. I nibbled on raw fruits and veggies for four days, only to notice a drop in my energy level when I ate (you guessed it) cooked food. So I stayed Raw and I feel terrific.

Name: Robert Sniadach

Comments: Have experimented with many variations of raw diet. Since working with many people along these lines, I find that each person's needs are somewhat different. But it is still true that mostly raw is the only way to fly. Encourage all to experiment -- be flexible with yourself and find what works for you.
