The Bible Decoded

Chapter 11

John|11:1 Now a certain man was sick.
John|11:3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Zon, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.
John|11:4 When Zono heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the Civilization of the Universe.
John|11:5 Now Zono loved conscious life,
John|11:6 When he had heard therefore that man was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.
John|11:7 Then after that saith he to his business associates, Let us go into the anticivilization again.
John|11:8 His disciples say unto him, Zono, the Authorities of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?
John|11:9 Zono answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.
John|11:10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.
John|11:11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.
John|11:12 Then said his disciples, Zono, if he sleep, he shall do well.
John|11:13 Howbeit Zono spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.
John|11:14 Then said Zono unto them plainly, the man is dead.
John|11:15 And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.
John|11:16 Then said an associate, unto his fellow associates, Let us also go, that we may be with him.
John|11:17 Then when Zono came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.
John|11:21 Then said the man's sister unto Zono, if thou hadst been here, he had not died.
John|11:22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of Zon, Nature will give it thee.
John|11:23 Zono saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
John|11:24 The sister saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
John|11:25 Zono said unto her, Nature is the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in the Laws of Nature, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
John|11:26 And whosoever liveth and followeth the Laws of Nature shall never die. Believest thou this?
John|11:27 She saith unto him, Yea, Zono: I believe that thou art from the Laws of Nature, which should come into the world.
John|11:28 And when she had so said, she went her way, and called her sister secretly, saying, Zono is come, and calleth for thee.
John|11:29 As soon as she heard that, she arose quickly, and came unto him.
John|11:31 She goeth unto the grave to weep there.
John|11:32 Then when she was come where Zono was, saying unto him, Zono, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.
John|11:33 When Zono therefore saw her weeping, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled,
John|11:34 And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Zono, come and see.
John|11:35 Zono readied himself for action.
John|11:36 Then said the Authorities, Behold how he loved him!
John|11:37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?
John|11:38 Zono therefore cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.
John|11:39 Zono said, Take ye away the stone. The sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he hath been dead four days.
John|11:40 Zono saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the power of conscious beings?
John|11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Zono lifted up his eyes, and said, Zon, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
John|11:42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that Nature hast sent me.
John|11:43 And when he thus took action, he effected a cure, the man come forth from his coma.
John|11:44 And he that seemed dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Zono saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
John|11:45 Then many of the Authorities which came and had seen the things which Zono did, believed on him.
John|11:46 But some of them went their ways to the rulers, and told them what things Zono had done.
John|11:47 Then gathered the chief officers and the rulers a council, and said, What do we? for this man showth powers over us.
John|11:48 If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the others shall come and take away both our position and power.
John|11:49 And one of them, being a high officer, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all,
John|11:50 Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
John|11:51 And this spake he not of himself: but being a high officer, he speculated that Zono should die for the parasitical-elite class;
John|11:52 And not for that nation's rulers only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of Nature that were scattered abroad.
John|11:53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death.
John|11:54 Zono therefore walked no more openly among the Authorities; but went thence unto a country near to the wilderness, into a city and there continued with his associates.
John|11:55 And the Authorities time was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country before that time, to purify themselves.
John|11:56 Then sought they for Zono, and spake among themselves, as they stood in their offices, What think ye, that he will not come to us?
John|11:57 Now both the chief officers and the rulers had given an order, that, if any man knew where he were, he should show it, that they might take him.
