COMMENT
Those who control the past, control the future. Those who control the present, control the past.
An open and rational discussion of the past requires knowledge of the past. This obviously involves the act of considering several competing points of view, as expressed in sickening yet influential writings like Hitler's "Mein Kampf" and Marx's "Manifesto".
Censoring these and other books clearly contributes to the uncritical and authoritarian state of mind which is prevalent not only in Central Europe, but increasingly also in the rest of the "civilized world".
