Subject: IRS raids on AAA
The U.S. federal government has attacked Anderson's Ark and Associates. They conducted raids on several locations, both in America and in Costa Rica, on February 28th.
Two staff members were arrested, both in California. They are being held, without bail. There is supposedly a grand jury investigation out of Boston, but constitutional due process is not being honored.
The charges are that the individuals agreed to launder money, money that was proceeds from criminal activity. I do not believe that there is any basis in truth for the charges. We are encouraged that the feds are not challenging any point of law, as far as Anderson's Ark business plans. They have to make things up, and withhold the defendants' rights to due process, in order to railroad this through.
Anderson's Ark is not poor, and is hiring the best attorneys. They are working on hiring Gerry Spence and Johnny Cochran. We expect to not only win the release and acquittal of our two staff members, but also go after the IRS agents civilly, and also after a New York Times reporter, who is notorious for writing news articles full of falsehood. His article that came out a day after the raids, for example, said that Keith Anderson was arrested in Costa Rica. This is not true. The US federal government has been trying for years to get the government of Costa Rica to investigate and charge Anderson's Ark there with crimes. But the courts and police there are sick of it, because Anderson's Ark (AAA) has never violated any Costa Rican laws.
Yet now, the US government somehow persuaded (with money?) some Costa Rican officials to put together a swat team, and raid AAA's headquarters in Costa Rica. Both the officials and the soldiers on the swat team, were promised a percentage of whatever they could seize from Anderson's Ark. However, AAA knew ahead of time, and was totally prepared: 1. All files and records and staff and money was removed from the buildings. 2. Our Costa Rican attorneys were placed inside the building, silently waiting. 3. The local TV station news crews were hidden around a corner, cameras rolling.
The raid team arrived, with two IRS agents accompanying. Like boys with toys, the thugs shot off their guns into the air beforehand. Then, they saw a man walking toward the buildings. They knocked him off his feet, handcuffed him, and proceeded to kick him in the sides after he was down. This was recorded on tape by the media. (The man was just a relative of someone that worked there, and he was looking for the relative.) Then, they put explosives on all the gates, four of them, and blew them open, even though every one of them was unlocked. Then, they shot shot-guns through the doors, even though they also were unlocked. When they burst in, they encountered the three lawyers. They abused one of the lawyers, before even knowing who he was. These acts were witnessed by the other attorneys.
The most popular politician in Costa Rica, is a friend and fan of Keith Anderson. He has heard Keith's tapes, and agrees with them. He has informed us that absolutely nothing that was done against AAA, was legal. It was violation of the law, every step of the way. He is a powerful member of congress, and has given the official responsible, and the US embassy, and the soldiers, 10 days to respond with detail, as to what laws AAA had broken, and as to what laws allowed them to conduct the raid. If they do not respond with such laws, which they cannot, they will have a congressional criminal investigation of the entire incident.
Meanwhile, the video of the raid, especially the beating of the first man outside, is playing all day every day on Costa Rican TV, like the Rodney King video, and the whole country is outraged. Lawsuits are being pressed on that man's behalf, as well.
The US government has egg on their face. They may never be liked in Costa Rica again.
We in Anderson's Ark are not giving up our fight for freedom and truth and the American way of free enterprise. The IRS is picking on the wrong people. We are just that much more convinced that we are doing the right thing, teaching people about the nature of the beast that is the US government, and teaching them how to gain more freedom. We are continuing to do everything we did before, but smarter, and with greater security and privacy measures. We don't have much to change, since we are doing nothing wrong. On the other hand, the IRS continues to show what a lawless, rogue agency they are, and continuing to show contempt for the Constitution, and for their sovereigns and employers, the American People.
Any of you who are clients, who have business plans from AAA, be assured that our financial planners and lawyers will make any necessary adjustments. Your tax returns for this year may have to be extended, but that is no big deal.
If any of you are contacted or threatened or intimidated by the IRS, do not hire an attorney. Call me, and others in AAA, and we will help you.
We will update our website with news periodically. http://www.andersonark.com/reporter

COMMENT: The more stories like this that get out to the public, the more the public will begin to understand how unlawful and criminal the IRS really is.
Hopefully the "authorities" in Costa Rica will think twice before approving any IRS-sponsored raid in the future.
