We-he-he-he-hell, all-rightly then! Riddle me this. Is buying Wallace's 700+ pg PowerTome, running it off on a large-capacity photocopier, and then returning it for the money-back guarantee an initiation of force?
Response
Yes. Obviously.
Challenge
Is stealing your idea to build an Iludium Pu-236 Explosive Space Modulator and passing it off as my own an initiation of force?
Response
Yup.
Challenge
Hard to imagine unless you do some pretty interesting contortions with the word "force." Unless "force" is redefined in a fully-integrated,wide-scope-accounting,create-a-galaxy-before-breakfast-through-gravity-wave-thinkon-busting dictionary, I just don't see it!
Response
Something tells me you are somewhat dense. Let me clarify. Deception is force. It is simply the use of dishonesty to garner a good that would require the use of PHYSICAL force to take should its rightful owner know what was going on. I fear you are simply being smarmy.
Challenge
Let's define here (barring a brighter person doing better, of course) non-retaliatory force as an action taken against a person or their interests against their will or without their knowledge. We can, for the sake of discussion and living our lives morally, view "force" as initiating action.
Better now?
P. S.: I wager 700 quatluus that the answer will be one of: [1] read the web site, [2] read the book, or [3] you're taking us out of context, or [4] ignore him.
Response
Hand over that 700 quatluus. And add a treble for my efforts.
Good response, Mark. You explained this concept perfectly. What I find troubling is that people (just like this guy here) want answers but do not want to be told to read the website or the book. Well, knowledge of anything is not automatic. Picture a newsgroup that talks about gardening, talks about making vegetables grow from the ground. Now picture people who claim this can't be done at home, yet refuse to read the basic gardening books. The conscious control of existence is as noticeable, if not more so, than the growth of vegetation. People should stop asking stupid questions and read the book/website if they are interested. If not interested, don't ask questions. Valid questions concerning points about NT by those genuinely interested should be directed toward alt.neo-tech. Neo-Tech, which means fully integrated honesty, will eventually collapse all harmful or uncompetitive situations and individuals. The result will be limitless prosperity for everybody
