I must admit that your company's personal attention policy impresses
me, something not easily done. Imagine my very pleasant surprise upon opening
the envelope, most ongoing correspondence with mail order companies consists of
"form" letters who's only purpose is to solicit more purchase, to see a
personal letter written specifically with me in mind. Not only did you want to
ensure that I had received the entire package, you sincerely requested my
thoughts on a marketing strategy. What's more is the fact that you physically
signed the letter instead of using a rubber stamp. It's simply AMAZING to get
such individual treatment from an "impersonal" company.
