People of Earth, unbeknownst to most of you, you are living like chained animals. ...You are chained to Earth's anticivilization -- an anticivilization that has wrought untold pain, suffering, and death throughout all of Earth's history. To most, that mass destruction has occurred beyond their present band of awareness. But, fear not, for waves of change have already begun.
Indeed, at this very moment, you hold in your hand the bridge to another world. A world of endless riches, security, happiness, and love. That other world is the Civilization of the Universe. And the bridge you hold is Profound Honesty -- Get It All. How can you get it all?
To break free of your chains and to get it all, you must know the nature of man. To know the genuine, deep nature of man, you must ask profound questions about man. But, the honest answers to such questions have been hidden from you -- hidden from the everyday man. Yet, the answers to those questions create the base and power of every Secret Doctrine and every Secret Group that has ever existed in Earth's history.
How can you capture that power, the power of Secret Knowledge? We must look to the past to see the future. If we look back through the history of Secret Doctrines and Secret Knowledge, one name stands out, the name of Hermes Trismegistus. Hermes was known to the ancients as the "Master of Masters" and Hermes dwelt in old Egypt in the days when the present race of men was in its infancy.[ 1 ] Hermetic teachings form the core and power of all esoteric and Secret Doctrines.
What did Hermes know and teach? Among other things, he taught that the nature of the universe is mental, and that the mind can transmute. Who did Hermes teach? He taught a select group of people known as Initiates. Initiates were very special people, they were the few who were willing to put forth the great time and effort to fully and totally live the teachings of Secret Doctrines.
From that past, we know that Secret Knowledge is given only to special people. Many centuries have passed since Hermes Trismegistus, but finally, three special people have risen. Today, those special people are the Initiates of fully integrated honesty. The names of those special people are Frank R. Wallace, Mark Hamilton, and Eric Savage. They are the rare, precious few who have put forth the time and effort to learn the Secret Ways. Today, those Initiates reveal their Secret Knowledge in manuscripts, those manuscripts build the bridge to the future. Those manuscripts show how to leave today's chained anticivilization and transmute into the limitless Civilization of the Universe.

In brief, we can say Neo-Tech and Profound Honesty are pure consciousness in action. And, Zonpower, is simply the total control of consciousness. In Profound Honesty, you will learn the physics of thinkons -- analogous to electrons and quarks, thinkons are the subatomic particles of conscious thought. Once one has Profound Honesty, that person can automatically learn from, mingle with, and add to the thinkons of all conscious beings throughout all eternity. ...For, as Hermes identified, the universe is mental.
Again, like Hermes, today's Initiates know and teach the Secret of Transmutation. To cite Hermes: "Mind may be transmuted, from state to state; degree to degree; condition to condition; pole to pole; vibration to vibration"[ 3 ]. Today's Initiates teach: to change, to transmute into the future -- into the Civilization of the Universe, you must get off your knees. The universe is mental -- you must use your mind to transmute. You do not need a key to free yourself from the chains -- you simply transmute and leave the chains behind in the dead, dying decay of the anticivilization. And, for a mind to be capable of transmuting, that mind -- consciousness -- must be built from the pure, focused power of Profound Honesty. As an aid to understanding, the adjective "Profound" is used only because total and complete honesty is so rare in today's anticivilization. ...That is, the widest-scope, fully integrated honesty in every thought and every action of every day. Indeed, such honesty is profound. And indeed, such a mind of Profound Honesty will transmute into the Civilization of the Universe. Profound Honesty is the Secret. With this Secret, you capture the power of all sages, of all Secret Doctrines, and all Secret Groups. That power is available now, today, for those who wish to use it. With Zon-like control of thoughts, anyone can transmute into the Civilization of the Universe.
Neo-Tech Initiates have built a bridge between two worlds -- the dead and corrupt anticivilization and the alive, limitless Civilization of the Universe. Through the teachings of today's Initiates, everyone can transmute into the endless prosperity, love, and happiness of the Civilization of the Universe. This power is given unto you. Take it, for that power and glory is rightfully yours.
Profound Honesty leads to limitless wealth. Yet, such wealth is only a value in the anticivilization. Wealth and money per se are not values in the Civilization of the Universe. The supreme value in the Civilization of the Universe is guiltless productivity. In the Civilization of the Universe, everyone is the ultimate altruist -- each individual constantly, and forever, works for the betterment of their fellow man, for the betterment of all conscious beings throughout all eternity.
Today, you live in the anticivilization. Go forth and use Neo-Tech and Profound Honesty to guiltlessly collect wealth, love, and happiness. As you grow in your profoundness of honesty, you will naturally and automatically transmute into the glory of the Civilization of the Universe.
