An anticivilization is an irrational, mystical civilization. By contrast, the Civilization of the Universe (C of U) is a rational, business civilization. The history of the anticivilization is about the eternally stagnant dead. The history of the C of U is about the eternally prosperous quick. ...Anticivilization man stands on the shoulders of pygmies to brave the future. C-of-U man orchestrates the dynamics of business to command the future.

In May 1992, Frank R. Wallace (FRW) distinguished Earth's anticivilization from the Civilization of the Universe. He expanded that distinction in a 1994 book titled Cassandra's Secret -- Nature's Quintessential Secret. In his subsequent publications, FRW increasingly used metaphors to demonstrate, ironically, that the anticivilization and the C of U were not metaphors. Instead, each was a fact of objective reality needed to achieve the ultimate goal for conscious individuals: That goal is ever-increasing richesthat bring non-aging biological immortality.

Bizarrely, in an anticivilization, people mortally avoid the conditions to achieve that goal. Thus, on planet Earth, people lose their riches, love, happiness, and life itself as they succumb to the unnecessary, curable disease of death. By contrast, in the Civilization of the Universe, the diseases of dishonesty, irrationality, mysticism, and death are unknown as conscious people live naturally with ever-expanding prosperity and non-aging health.

Since 1992, seeking maximum leverage to replace Earth's 2400-year anticivilization with the Civilization of the Universe, FRW developed ways for others to know, experience, and feel -- not as metaphor but as fact -- the existence of those two civilizations. ...Once the population noticeably profits from the C of U through emotional-and-practical experience, the anticivilization vanishes.

Since 1994, the Neo-Tech literature has articulated the nature of Earth's anticivilization. That literature also demonstrated how to use C-of-U concepts to gain prosperity, romance, and health. Yet, no one on Earth has directly observed or proven the Civilization of the Universe. As an analogy, however, the theory of atoms was profitably used for centuries before atoms were observed and proven in the early 20^th century. ...Once the populace flourishes from the natural C of U, the unnatural anticivilization leaves conscious minds -- much like a flat Earth left conscious minds centuries ago.

On reading Mark Hamilton's major work, The Book, combined with readings of this publication, notions of Earth's anticivilization and the Civilization of the Universe transfigure from metaphor to reality. On participating in that transfiguration, people flourish as they forget the anticivilization. Honesty and integrity are eternal aspects of business in the C of U. Dishonesty and fraud are terminal aspects of business in an anticivilization. At the turn of the millennium, abuses of business by governments, politicians, lawyers, consumers, employees, employers, and owners are skyrocketing. With the clintonian era of automatic lying and fraudulent spinning on worldwide scales, the concepts of honesty and integrity are disappearing.

The climactic end of anticivilization business appears everywhere, such as (1) major phone companies dishonestly "slamming" customers, (2) doctors and hospitals routinely, fraudulently extra-charging patients and insurance companies, (3) corporate CEO's corrupting their companies for bonus-and-career payoffs in a stock-market blow off, (4) employees abusing businesses through lying, stealing, and manipulating for unearned income and benefits, (5) lawyers bleeding and destroying honest value-and-job producing businesses through bogus tort suits. ...Today, the dishonest anticivilization mode overwhelms the honest C-of-U mode. Yet, today's escalating business abuses speed the end of the anticivilization via competition from Neo-Tech/C-of-U businesses rising throughout cyberspace.

Business: the Money Religion

A business religion is a theology of riches: God is the deluded route to an incorporeal poverty in an imaginary Heaven. Business is the genuine route to a non-aging/disease-free prosperity here on Earth. After two millennia, mankind can rise from its knees and lift its eyes toward an eternally prosperous future. Today, mankind can look into a new dimension of cyberspace to discover the creators of space-time businesses that propel conscious life into eternal riches.

A business religion is a non-religious commitment or devotion to business. Yet, is not a non-religious business religion logically forbidden? Not when today's force-and-fraud-ruled anticivilization of politics and religion is juxtaposed against a force-and-fraud-free civilization of business and Neo-Tech. What is Neo-Tech? It is the essence of a universal business civilization. It is new technologies/new techniques operating through wide-scope accounting with fully integrated honesty. Clearly, Neo-Tech is not a religion. Yet, business is the over-arching religion of the Universe. But, a business religion is the antithesis of every mystical religion conjured up by man throughout Earth's 2400-year-old political/religious anticivilization. ...A business religion delivers riches and health from (1) fully integrated honesty, (2) wide-scope accounting, and (3) competitive-value creation.

Today, political-and-religious leaders build parasitical livelihoods via manipulations of (1) mind-created mysticisms, (2) spin-created dishonesties, and (3) closed-circle rationalizations. Such parasitical people inflict darkness and death upon mankind. What is "theology"? Logy or logos means reason or knowledge. For mind-created mystical religions, Theo means the highest point of a fictionalized/unreal existence -- God. For a nature-created universal religion, Theo means the highest point of a factual/real existence -- business.

An anticivilization with its criminal governments and mystical religions has dominated planet Earth for 2400 years. In today's anticivilization, conscious life is forcibly or fraudulently sacrificed to God, the state, or other "higher" causes. Destructive neocheaters usurp livelihoods through criminal-manipulated governments and fraud-imposed religions in the mortal dynamics of parasitism. Such lethal dynamics ultimately cause Earthlings to lose every human value to death. Even with the life-asserting projections by optimistic philosopher Nietzsche, conscious life in an anticivilization means little more than cycles of living and dying as identified by pessimistic philosopher, Schopenhauer. By contrast, in a business civilization, entrepreneurs deliver exciting immortality by generating non-aging health and ever-expanding riches for every individual and society.

Compare subjective faith-based God religions that plague planet Earth to the objective reality-based Business religion that flourishes universally. That comparison yields three hypotheses about the Civilization of the Universe:

3. Each Zon becomes a creator of space-time businesses that generate conscious life.

In Earth's anticivilization, Neo-Tech shrinks politics, religions, and philosophies toward null points. Then, in a clean sweep, Neo-Tech introduces the future. Yet, in the Civilization of the Universe, Neo-Tech is just the starting point. From that point, ever-expanding universes of new knowledge and technology obsolete not only God but eventually Neo-Tech. Such limitless knowledge and technology evolve through creators of competitive businesses. ...Profits accrue upon vanishing Earth's mortal anticivilization. Without the anticivilization, the first gift of business to every conscious person is endless prosperity; the second gift is non-aging biological immortality.

Non-Aging Biological Immortality

The Neo-Tech literature of the 1970s speculated that the closer people move toward achieving biological immorality, the further away their desires would move from wanting immortality. In 1999, Frank R. Wallace demonstrated that paradox with his document titled Here Comes Biological Immortality -- The Ultimate Family Value: As both the philosophy and technology moved toward achieving that goal, essentially everyone retreated -- Kierkegaard-described retreats from immortality. ...Do such retreats mean that everyone living on Earth today will perish from the disease of death? ...Not at all.

FRW's new digital work combined with the current Neo-Tech business-and-literature advances of Mark Hamilton and Eric Savage assures the achievement of non-aging immortality for most people living today. Consider the following steps starting with family values and leading to man's greatest achievement -- biological immortality.

1. On the day FRW was born, his father wrote a letter stating that if his newborn son ever disgraced the "honor" of his lawyer/politician/bishop ancestors, he would be cast out and damned. ...Over the years, FRW evolved into an "atheist/objectivist/libertarian" author and publisher who increasingly disgraced every aspect of that ancestral "honor" built on matrixes of politics and religion. Thus, he was cast from the family culminating with his mother refusing to acknowledge that FRW was her son. She pointedly acknowledged her first, third, and fourth sons but denied the existence of her second son -- Frank R. Wallace. ...FRW always, as now, extends love and goodwill to every member of his family. That love is joyfully, productively reflected back by his immediate family that works with him. The other family members, all good people, avert their eyes, words, and presence away from the "disgraced" Wallace.

2. In 1968, FRW's first published book The Advanced Concepts of Poker was well received by the Establishment -- until realizing the book's metaphorical meaning and purpose was to subvert those who usurp unearned, parasitical livelihoods through the Establishment. As the Establishment tried to obscure FRW, his Advanced Concepts became the best-selling poker book in history. At first, the Establishment media by the dozens refused his advertisements. Then Barron's Weekly followed by the Wall Street Journal ran his ads -- spectacularly successful full-page and double-page ads. Next, the entire media suddenly, eagerly catered to FRW and his I & O Publishing Company. By the mid 1970s, major magazines such as Time and Newsweek rushed to give their prime page-one positions to Wallace at deep discounts.

3. But, by 1977, because of his fourth published book, Psychuous Sex, the Establishment condemned Wallace. ...That book was subversive to the survival dynamics of parasitical value destroyers, dishonest politicians, and fraudulent religious leaders.

4. By 1979, religious-oriented printers and typesetters, on recognizing the nature of his writings, would stop, sometimes mid-job, and refuse further association with FRW and his publishing company.

5. Except for foul-mouth, death-threatening Christian fundamentalists and government-dependent parasites, those most hostile to the fully integrated honesty and wide-scope accounting of Neo-Tech were FRW's political/philosophical counterparts -- the Libertarians and Objectivists. Their contribution-dependent organizations were especially resentful of the successful businessdynamics of an independent Neo-Tech.

6. In 1997, the Randian/Objectivist cultists formed a tightly moderated newsgroup for the sole, explicit purpose of banning any discussion of the more philosophically advanced, richly competitive Neo-Tech. Even mention of the words Neo-Tech, fully integrated honesty, wide-scope accounting, and Frank R. Wallace were and still are explicitly banned in the charter of that humanities.philosophy.objectivism (hpo) newsgroup.

7. During 1997-8, FRW published a series of ten articles under the title of Lawyer-Like Dishonesties. He also posted those articles on www.neo-tech.com and then rolled them out on appropriate Usenet newsgroups. As a result, in 1998, a Harvard-trained lawyer in conjunction with Harvard Law School embarked on a pornographic defamation campaign directed at their cyberspace nemesis -- Frank R. Wallace. That campaign continued for several weeks, until confronted with state-and-federal defamation lawsuits now moving through the courts.

8. In the late 1990s, Wallace began describing the anticivilization versus the Civilization of the Universe (C of U) in his unorthodox Zon/Protocol publications. Neo-Tech supporters began retreating with averted eyes. Yet, countering that retreat, the outflow of immediately practicable, life-generating Neo-Tech literature by Mark Hamilton and Eric Savage increasingly advanced the ideas and goals of Neo-Tech throughout the anticivilization.

9. Today, FRW's writings are averting even those associated with Neo-Tech. Ironically, that means a breakthrough to levels of thinking and perspectives previously unknown on planet Earth -- a breakthrough that will bring commercial, non-aging biological immortality to most people living today -- a breakthrough achieved through The Progression:

In the 1980s, the Establishment-ostracized Neo-Tech literature helped pull the more-conventional Ayn Rand's Objectivism toward public acceptance. Then, in the 1990s, the more radical Zon literature pulled the formally ostracized Neo-Tech literature into public acceptance led by the book publications of Mark Hamilton and Eric Savage. Today, at the turn of the century, Wallace's new digital writings are pulling Zon literature toward public understandings. And, finally, with Wallace's digital writings embedded in Hamilton's 1999 magnum opus, The Book, everyone will ultimately gain the C-of-U perspectives necessary for biological immortality here on Earth.

For centuries, entire populations recognized the eternal value of Michelangelo's art along with the other masters of continuous-flow analog music, science, and literature ranging from Bach to Newton to Hugo. And, today, the public is recognizing the eternal value of perhaps the last and greatest of analog geniuses -- novelist/philosopher/artist Ayn Rand.

A century and a half ago, a break from continuous-flow analog art began with Dutch artist, Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890). He abandoned the continuous strokes of blending colors while innovating sharp lines and discrete dots of distinct colors -- "digital-dot" paintings. Sadly, during his entire life, few saw the value of his work. Most saw his paintings from the established analog-flow perspective. From that perspective, his art looked fuzzy, ill-defined, amateurish -- of little value. During van Gogh's poverty-stricken life, he sold just one of his 600 paintings...for a pittance. Only his brother, Theo, reflected appreciation of Vincent's work. There goes the political/religious civilization that has plagued everyone on planet Earth for 2400 years. That irrational civilization drains and eventually kills its every citizen. How? For 2400 years, Earthlings have been trapped in a civilization of illusions. Yet, Earthlings cannot accept a nihilist view of their illusionary civilization -- their lethal political/religious civilization -- their irrational anticivilization. For, understanding Sublimating Politics and Religion means vanishing irrationalities. And, who wants to live without irrationalities? Indeed, irrationalities include most aspects of escapisms, entertainments, spectator sports, television, movies, video games, gambling, religious activities, "altruistic" activities, and "public-service" activities.

Moreover, who on Earth today would consider life without the self-harms inflicted by mysticisms, rationalizations, gossip, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sugar, promiscuous sex, gormandizing, parasitism, laziness, along with the narcotics of church and government? The editor jests not. But, is he dismissing the happiness and joys of life? Profoundly to the contrary. Experiencing happiness and joy are the only rational purposes of conscious life. Wallace's 1998 book, The Protocols, reflects the intensely exciting Milken/Gates happiness and spiritual joys generated by businessdynamics flowing from universal perspectives -- from Civilization-of-the-Universe (C-of-U) perspectives. 1. Sublimating Politics and Religion is the foundation document for the forthcoming new-structure publications by Frank R. Wallace. Those publications along with new publications by Mark Hamilton and Eric Savage plus the Internet dynamics for the most valuable creation in Earth's history -- Neo-Tech. For, Neo-Tech will turn the populace away from the irrational anticivilization of illusions and toward the rational Civilization of the Universe.

2. Mass communications based on erroneous opinions and irrational premises built over the past twenty-four centuries detach Earthlings from causal reality. Today, those opinions and premises arise from manipulated dishonesties, clintonian lies, non-sequitur "truths", power/ego-boosting wars, fake compassions, giuliani/reno-type justice travesties, and cruel altruisms promoted by governments, religions, and the academe.

3. False authorities began promulgating those dishonesties twenty-four centuries ago, starting with Pericles (495-429 B.C.) and Plato (428-348 B.C.). Such anticivilization communications not only included dishonest oral-and-written rhetoric, but also included irrational wars, mysticisms, politics, religions, philosophies, and scientisms.

4. Pericles and Plato aborted Athenian-lawgiver Solon's (638-559 B.C.) political/legal reforms that turned away from political-agenda laws and pointed toward objective-business laws. Pericles also aborted the prosperous republican system of business freedom started by Athenian-statesman Cleisthenes (570-508 B.C.). Then, consummate-politician Pericles used compassion hoaxes to initiate a demagogic democratic system of government spending and power/ego-boosting wars. Those communications bred the diseases of dishonesty and mysticism to evolve a bizarre civilization of government criminalities and religious frauds -- an anticivilization. Straight-line observations reveal the mystical irrationalities and fake spiritualities that destroy everyone. Today, those populace-embraced irrationalities range from the stupidities of Angels and Astrology, to the irrationalities of Popes and Prayers, capped by the brutalities of Gods and Governments.

Those compassion hoaxers are professional complainers who team with professional value-destroyers. Such hoaxers criminally enforce "altruisms" while expressing prayerful/tearful, falwellian/clintonian compassions.

But, those who feel dependent on the anticivilization for survival cannot brook Sublimating Politics and Religion . They were goaded on by grin-hiding political leaders and glee-hiding religious leaders. In a media orgy, the populace fell into a collective sea of swaying, praying, gospel-singing faces. Except for the direct victims, everyone loved it! How intoxicating, how exciting! ...The horrors, the horrors of a clintonian/falwellian, political/religious anticivilization.

12. Ironically, today's blindness to the horrors brought forth by politics and religion build the heat for sublimating today's anticivilization to null points -- the starting points for achieving happy, non-aging biological immortality here on Earth.
