Wallace vs. Harvard et al Defamation Lawsuit

Harvard Law School, Harvard University, et al tried to stop Internet-newsgroup postings that are revealing 2400 years of lawyer-like dishonesties. Their method was to defame the author of those posts -- Dr. Frank R. Wallace.

Dr. Wallace is a former Senior Research Chemist for E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., Inc. He is also a world-read author of anti-religious/anti-force/anti-fraud literature called Neo-Tech. His writings are published in twelve languages and circulated to 156 countries. He avoids publicity and protects his privacy as well as his family's privacy. Except for his family, he has no social or public life. He makes no public appearances and grants no interviews. Since 1986, he has worked toward curing the life-diminishing diseases of irrationality, mysticism, and dishonesty. In 1997, he began effectively using the Internet to reveal how lawyer-like dishonesties have harmed every individual and corrupted every society since 431 B.C. And, today, the blatant dishonesties escalating throughout America's political and legal systems are dramatically illustrated via Dr. Wallace's publications, both in print and on the Internet.

In September 1997, a representative of Harvard Law School and Harvard University launched a daily ad-hominem campaign directed at Dr. Wallace. That campaign failed to stop the Internet postings revealing lawyer-like dishonesties. Thus, in December 1997, Harvard's campaign degenerated into defamation -- into dishonestly conjuring up false accusations of heinous sexual crimes. Moreover, that representative is a long-term, professional law student at Harvard University. He publicly admitted the 600-plus defaming attacks on IRS/lawyer-related newsgroups were directed at Dr. Wallace (see exhibits #1a-b) to stop his Internet program of educating the public about lawyer-like dishonesties (see exhibits #2a-h).

With Harvard's sanction, the representative used Harvard's name and it's owned/paid-for Internet equipment/server to defame Frank R. Wallace. Under Harvard's prestigious banners, that representative then attempted to jail Dr. Wallace through a publicly solicited conspiracy to file police reports containing false accusations of sexual child molestation. Throughout that illicit campaign, Harvard Law School and Harvard University provided heavyweight credibility with their world-renowned names emblazoned atop each public Internet message defaming Frank R. Wallace. That Harvard credibility reached into soliciting others to make false police reports (see exhibits #3a-f).

Harvard et al's defamation campaign has been aggressively waged for months while providing zero evidence of child molestation. ...Harvard Law School, Harvard University, et al are responsible for swamping the Internet with disgustingly ugly snippets of child pornography arising from their own whole-cloth fabrications about Frank R. Wallace (see exhibits #4a-g). They then continued to fantasize publicly about having Dr. Wallace sent to prison in which "prison rape by convicts would break his wide-scope integrations about lawyer-like dishonesties". ...Almost daily, for weeks, Harvard's representative obsessively posted his pornographic defamations across the Internet. That same representative is a long-term Harvard law student with a propensity toward child pornography dating back to 1992 (see www.qz.to/~eli/erotica/various/term-paper.html). He also had achieved some Internet notoriety with his malevolent public signature, "I have a firm grip on reality, now I can strangle it." (See www.faisal.com/quotes/s.html).

Furthermore, that Harvard representative persistently urged others to notify the police in Dr. Wallace's hometown about him being a "child molester" and a "danger to their children" (see exhibit #5a). Yet, knowingly filing false police reports against innocent people is a criminal act. Still, other anti Neo-Tech "lawyers" reading the lawyer-oriented newsgroups were encouraged through Internet messages from prestigious Harvard to further defame Frank R. Wallace by portraying him as molesting not just third-grade children, but now three-year-old children (see exhibit #6a).

Written under various pen names, the literature of Frank R. Wallace circulates worldwide both through books printed in twelve languages and across World-Wide-Web sites in four languages (see www.neo-tech.com). His publications educate the productive middle class about the damages inflicted upon it via lawyer-like dishonesties. For, such dishonesties are the root cause of the productive class being parasitically drained, exploited, harmed, enslaved, and killed for the past 2400 years -- since lawyer-like politician Pericles delivered his inflaming funeral oration of 431 B.C. With that profoundly dishonest oration, he incited continuation of the thirty-year Peloponnesian War for his own personal glory and political power. That unnecessary war slaughtered countless thousands of innocent value producers along with their families and children. ...Promoted by politician/lawyer-like dishonesties, that war ultimately destroyed the flourishing Athenian civilization (see www.neo-tech.com/lastbook/intro.html).

Pericles and Plato introduced the rationalizations for "noble" lies and lawyer-like dishonesties. Since that time, politicians and lawmakers have manipulated such lies and dishonesties to extract wealth and power from the value producers. The renowned Greek historian Thucydides identified how the golden-soul elitists lived through "noble" lies used to politically manipulate and parasitically drain value-producing citizens. The unearned powers of those parasitical elites increasingly corrupted and ultimately destroyed the brilliantly advancing Athenian culture. That great culture was advancing toward a civilization based on value production, scientific inquiry, the arts, and fully integrated honesty. Athens then became corrupted with Pericles/Plato manipulated truths, sophistic rhetoric, and "noble" lies. With that demise of history's most rational-and-honest culture, the subsequent societies on planet Earth fell into the same corruptions through the same politician/lawyer-like dishonesties that manipulate and drain the populace.

Harvard et al tried to stop Dr. Wallace's Internet program to educate the productive middle class about the hidden harms of lawyer-like dishonesties. Specifically, Harvard et al defamed Frank R. Wallace in trying to halt his educational series of ten archetype lawyer-like dishonesties routinely rotated on lawyer-oriented newsgroups. Does Wallace condemn politicians and lawyers? Absolutely not. He is from a four-generation family of lawyers, politicians, judges, congressmen, and New-York-State Attorney Generals. He has never condemned lawyers or the legal profession per se. To the contrary, he publicly states in print and on the World Wide Web the crucial need for objective law and the honorable role of lawyers in the past, present, and future.

Dr. Wallace's educational campaign is one of support for the legal profession through objective law. Indeed, that educational campaign brings forth integrated honesty to replace the manipulated "truths", out-of-context facts, and subjective law too often used by politicians and lawyers for unearned gains that harm society. Dr. Wallace's educational campaign will continue until (1) only honest lawyers can gain livelihoods, (2) only objective law is practiced, and (3) destructive political-agenda laws disappear from planet Earth.

Ironically, the public defamation of Frank R. Wallace by Harvard et al provides a dramatic illustration of the lawyer-like dishonesties that Dr. Wallace continues to reveal across the Internet. The odd twist in this lawsuit is that for centuries trained lawyers have carefully, skillfully avoided creating actionable dishonesties. Thus, they astutely kept evidence of their dishonesties well hidden from public perception -- hidden especially from legal action. From the perspective of centuries-old lawyer traditions and training, the defamation of Frank R. Wallace was uncharacteristically foolish and legally indefensible. Harvard et al's defamations were not only knowingly false, purposely malignant, and permanently damaging, but were emotionally driven, profoundly unprofessional, and fully exposed to actionable tort.

The Harvard-sponsored defamation of Frank R. Wallace was aggressively conducted over a period of several months, even after Harvard et al were explicitly and publicly warned across the Internet by Dr. Wallace's attorney on December 27, 1997. They were warned that their continued defamation and possible criminal acts were legally actionable (see exhibits #7a-b). Yet, Harvard's representative publicly, foolishly ridiculed that legal warning as he continued to defame Frank R. Wallace with daily, multiple newsgroup posts to the Internet (see exhibits #8a-c).

Harvard et al's defamation campaign continued unabated up to the February 20, 1998 filing of the defamation lawsuit. The defamation continued despite posted email notices to the Dean of Harvard Law School, Robert Clarke, and to Harvard Law Professor, Laurence H. Tribe, warning them that their representative was making libelous posts under Harvard's auspices while using Harvard's name along with its owned/paid-for Internet equipment and server (see exhibits #9a-d). Moreover, the defamation continued even after others warned Harvard's representative that his dishonest, libelous, and defamatory posts could place him in legal jeopardy (see exhibits #10a-b).

With their concerted defamation campaign, Harvard et al smeared damage and stigma across the life and accomplishments of Frank R. Wallace. The damage was inestimable among Dr. Wallace's professional associates and his millions of readers worldwide. Even more damaging was the harm done to his family. ...Harvard et al were not only responsible for permanently harming Frank R. Wallace's business and professional life, but for diminishing his personal life as well as the lives of his wife, children, and grandchildren.

That malicious, widespread public defamation caused Frank R. Wallace and his family irreparable damage and permanent pain. For, defamation involving child molestation carries an unerasable stigma like no other stigma. That stigma and harm carry to Dr. Wallace's young grandchildren and their parents. Such defamation can ruin the victim's life by depriving him of trusting, happy relations with his family, friends, associates, and the public. That, in turn, can lead to loss of happiness, productivity, and purpose in life -- even to suicide.

What was the basis of Harvard Law School, Harvard University, et al falsely accusing Frank R. Wallace of child molestation? The entire defamation campaign was based on a six-sentence statement about Ibsen's mythical character, Peer Gynt, plucked from Dr. Wallace's two-million words in print. That statement was taken from a chapter titled Solveig's Song in a 1997 portion of a nonfiction novel QS embedded in a 512-page, hard-copy book titled Outcompeting God and Government (ISBN#9111752-82-x, Library of Congress #97-076000). Solveig's Song containing that same statement was also published in a 24-page booklet and mass mailed on September 26, 1997, as part of a seven-year mailing campaign to every federal judge as well as every member of the United States Senate and House of Representatives. In addition, Solveig's Song was mailed to hundreds of high-ranking federal officials and to every state Governor on a 2800-name mailing list (exhibits available). ...And, finally, both QS and Solveig's Song have been continuously available for free-and-open reading by anyone since mid 1997 on the World Wide Web address: www.neo-tech.com

From all the publications and worldwide distributions of Solveig's Song, never from anyone, including Dr. Wallace's many critics and opponents who would like to silence him (especially his critics from the religious right) has there ever been a misinterpretation of Solveig's Song as "child molestation". Moreover, no one has ever questioned a single passage in any of Dr. Wallace's vast published and unpublished works to even remotely suggest anything about child molestation. In fact, his 1986, 800-page, flagship publication, The Neo-Tech Discovery, harshly condemns child abuse and child molestation as first-order, objective crimes requiring severe punishments.

Solveig's Song is described in its Introduction as "an allegory of (1) adults returning to the Civilization of the Universe experienced in their childhood and (2) children remaining in the Civilization of the Universe as they become adults." That allegory is based on the twenty-year demonstrations and proofs throughout the two-million-word body of Neo-Tech literature that children exist as innocent, honest individuals in the Civilization of the Universe until 6-9 years of age. In that age range, children are increasingly dragged out of their natural, pro-value lives into an unnatural, anti-value civilization.

Solveig's Song: The Redemption of Beauty, Honesty, and Love

As are many of Frank R. Wallace's writings in the past thirty years, Solveig's Song is a metaphorical story with multiple layers of wide-scope integrations and interconnected meanings -- leading to three themes: honesty, integrity, and justice. Those themes consistently point to objective reality. In fact, the essence of mankind's future survival and prosperity is fully integrated honesty. And, for the past eighteen years, fully integrated honesty has been the formal definition of Neo-Tech printed in every Neo-Tech hard-copy and cyberspace publication.

Solveig's Song rises from the Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen's drama Peer Gynt and the musical suites of romantic tone-poet Edvard Grieg. That mythical story involves two young people, Gynt and Solveig. With all her heart, Solveig loves Gynt (a metaphor for the Child Zon who exists in every child and adult). But, she realizes that Gynt is filled with immaturities rising from his undisciplined powers of youth. Out of her abiding love for Gynt and her unyielding loyalty to values, she explicitly exercises self-restraint to postpone her passions until Gynt also discovers, many years later, the maturity and honesty required for genuinely happy romantic love. Those requirements are a value-based sexual relationship fulfilled in a monogamous marriage. ...For the full context of Solveig's six-sentence statement, one must read the segment of published literature in which that statement is embedded. If not for the explicit atheistic/humanistic nature of Dr. Wallace's writings, Solveig's statement would be embraced not only by the populace, but by the religious right as a moral lesson for children and adults alike. For, to young and old alike, the message of Solveig's statement reflects a self-discipline that prevents immature irrationalities and unchecked passions from subverting one's life and happiness. ...Solveig's Song reflects an unwavering loyalty both to the laws of objective reality and to the human virtues of honesty and integrity.
