[After the Neo-Tech "So What!" billboard went up, the Neo-Tech Center learned that several phone calls pertaining to the radical "So What!" billboard were received by the Minami Development Corporation. The calls originated from somewhere inside the Federal Building across the street. Minami contacted Young Electric Sign Company (Yesco) about the threatening phone calls, who then passed on that information to Brett Peters at the Neo-Tech Center.

Minami Development, a Japanese construction company, held the lease on the land upon which the Neo-Tech billboard stood. Minami was in the midst of securing state permits in preparation to build the tallest building in the state of Nevada on the same site as the Neo-Tech billboard. Due to pressure and threats on Minami from the Federal Building, Minami notified Yesco that they planned to replace I & O's sign with their own sign advertising their new building. As a result, Yesco then notified I & O that they had no alternative but to break their one-year contract with I & O several months early. As a result, the fifth and final Neo-Tech billboard ("Don't Worry") was cancelled by Yesco.

In a historic move typical of I & O style, the November-3rd strategy was then applied for the first time on a value-producing business. The Neo-Tech Center drafted and sent letters to the corporate president of Minami in Tokyo and also to top Minami management personnel in Southern Nevada. Letters were also sent to the corporate headquarters of Yesco in Salt Lake City. The benevolent letters simply pointed out THE point of November 3rd: Who are the value producers; who are the value destroyers. The result was a success for Neo-Tech: Minami immediately cancelled its plans to take over the billboard and Yesco began preparing for the implementation of the fifth and final Neo-Tech billboard.

Young Electric Sign Company (Yesco) has a lease contract with I & O Publishing Company. We have fully and promptly met all our obligations and terms of that contract. And we expect Yesco to fully meet all of its obligations and terms, including proper service and honest billings.

More important, both Yesco and Minami Development Corporation of Japan should understand what is happening: Enclosed is recent information about the Neo-Tech Matrix that has gripped Eastern Europe and is spreading worldwide. Indeed, that Matrix is now rising in the Western Hemisphere and in Asia as expressed through our signs.

Do Not Support the Losers

Certainly, neither Yesco nor Minami would want to violate the honor of their words and contracts just to support a bunch of losers -- the professional value destroyers -- especially during their final, crumbling facades of fake power. Thus, with the honorable fulfillment of contract obligations, the Neo-Tech Press Corps in Las Vegas and Tokyo will interview the management of both Yesco and Minami. Those interviews will determine if each management group can be integrated into the Neo-Tech literature as value-producing business people (as opposed to wimpish business quislings who survive by supporting the moribund, professional value destroyers).
