As a result, many lawyers can no longer grasp the concept of honesty, much less practice fully integrated honesty. In fact, most such lawyers have lost the ability to even think in an integrated manner.[ 77 ] Often they become little more than glib spouters adept mainly at manipulating money usurpations through destructive a-point legal actions.
Such lawyers operate the toll position between manipulative a-point-law and the one-two process of dishonest law-makers and destructive bureaucrats. Indeed, those lawyers act as the transmission belt that supports the parasitical value destroyers in government and business by draining the innovators and value producers. ...Without Neo-Tech, those bogus-job lawyers can strut about respected and undetected, forever expanding their destructiveness. But now, with Neo-Tech, dishonest lawyers will be promptly identified and permanently dumped, starting at the lowest level as illustrated below:
On receipt of this letter, your services are terminated for dishonesty. Today, I examined and researched your grossly padded, museum-piece billing statement of July 1st. Far from owing you money, you owe a substantial return of my retainer fee. Thus, I expect an honestly revised billing that refunds at least $1600 from the unearned portion of my retainer fee.
Based on phone-and-work time trackings by myself and others ratioed with your ballooned billings, I know you cannot justify even six hours (versus your grotesquely dishonest 24.3 hours) of legitimate $150/hour time spent on my behalf. Another attorney fully familiar with your work on this case does not believe you could justify four hours. And, if you could check, I am sure you would find Mr. Crawford and Mr. Henshaw giving even lower time assessments based on their "time-for-work" experiences. ...The quantity and quality of your work has been little more than two brief, pro-forma, external letters and a few unintegrated, no-effort, top-of-the-head spoutings that were of little or no value.
And worse, in one of your two perfunctory letters (the one you dictated on June 15th), you negligently ignored and carelessly countermanded my explicit instructions. As a result, I had to order your secretary not to send that letter. I then had to give her my own edits and corrections for that letter.
Nothing ironically underscores more your own self-guilt and self-doubt over those bogus billings than the note typed at the bottom of that billing statement...a gratuitous collection note totally unnecessary for any honest billing statement:
I expect a prompt return of at least $1600 of my retainer fee. If all money unearned by you is not promptly returned, then let us get this entire matter before the court, before the ABA, before the state bar, and integrated into the literature. Indeed, fully integrated honesty (Neo-Tech) is going to end such behavior throughout the legal profession.
