The following letter from political-prisoner Frank R. Wallace[ 87 ] to Chief District-Court Judge Lloyd D. George illustrates the power of objective law and its meaning to everyone's future. The second part of this article, the habeas-corpus summary provides an uncompromised position on communication to the outside world by jailed political prisoners. Finally, the reprint of Wallace's "Ego-Justice Terminator Unit" (see page 588) provides a legal document that everyone can effectively use by photocopying and attaching to every legal document.

Objective law rests on fully integrated honesty. In turn, a civilization of prosperity, peace, and happiness rests on objective law. Such a civilization sweeps away the pyramids of dishonesty upon which today's ego "justice" grows. ...Ego "justice" with its political-policy enforcements is the root of unearned power and harmful livelihoods created at the expense of our economy and society.

Some legal events posing as insignificant are profoundly dishonest at their roots. Such events are black blotches upon law and society. Letting such blotches pass into silence injures us all. To stop the escalating injuries to our economy and society, we must nail each such blotch high on the masthead of public ostracism.

One of those black blotches is the habeas corpus event about which you rendered a judgment on September 24, 1992. That pyramid of dishonesty must not pass into silence. Instead, it too must fly on that masthead of public ostracism.

Making black-blotch events visible in this world's moribund economy has been my responsibility since introducing wide-scope accountability in 1979. Shortly after that date, the Golden Helmet formed. Soon, as the world's sucked-dry economies crumble, the Golden Helmet will rise before the public. With wide-scope accountability in every land, the Golden Helmet will vanquish ego "justice" with all its political-policy enforcers from Saddam Hussein, Fidel Castro, and the armed political-policy enforcers in China...to Rudolph Giuliani, Maximum-Manny Real, and the armed political-policy enforcers in America.

The rising Golden Helmet, borne upon the shoulders of the honesty oath, will bring limitless prosperity and happiness to this planet. Until the Golden Helmet publicly appears, neither my own personal considerations nor the actions of those using ego "justice" to inflict political-policy enforcements have meaning or importance. As I told U.S. Prosecutor J. Gregory Damm after my arraignment in April, 1990: "The government can do whatever it wishes. It makes no difference. For, the genuine power of fully integrated honesty rises from pens and printing presses. The false power of political-policy enforcement rises from guns and jails. Every gun-backed infliction by government will boomerang to undercut its perpetrators and end their political-policy enforcements." ...From that day until now, that statement has not only held without contradiction, but has been immeasurably strengthened by my prison experience.

Since 1979, my duty and responsibility lie in personally experiencing the illegal and harmful actions of professional value destroyers in government, media, and certain big businesses. Such people are defined as those who gain harmful livelihoods by manipulating gun-backed political policies and disregarding objective law. Only through direct engagement with those people can their purposely destructive actions be fully identified and then ostracized from society.

How do the above statements apply to a seemingly innocuous action as your habeas-corpus judgment? An examination of all the documents relative to that habeas-corpus action reveals a merry-go-round of government dishonesties. Bypassing objective law and justice, those dishonesties pose either as (1) "truth" built upon out-of-context facts or as (2) "justice" built upon manipulated a-point "legalities", such as mootness in this case.

Read the documents of this habeas-corpus case. Note the obvious government dishonesties rising from a single illegal act by Federal Warden Jon Dobre. Indeed, a merry-go-round of dishonesties whirl from prison officials to federal prosecutors to federal judges. Those intentional dishonesties allow every participant to avoid the responsibility of facing and correcting a harmful, illegal act by a fellow federal official. ...Each government official (with two exceptions) involved in this case automatically lied or deceived to hide Dobre's illegal act -- to obfuscate Dobre's self-indulgent illegality that injured our justice system and my family.

For the moment, set aside the a-point "legalities" and carefully read all the habeas-corpus documents from the perspective of the-point honesty. You, too, will be struck by that cycle of government dishonesties. Since those dishonesties are detailed in the documents you already have, I only summarize them in the attached document.

Through such dishonesties, government employees hide a constant parade of harmful injustices -- from a prison warden to political-power enforcers who inflict unjust injuries upon others.

This letter is meant to help you as well as Mr. Damm and Mr. Dobre end your cycles of ego "justice". How wonderfully beneficial for any one of you, or even better for all three of you to break from those endless cycles of harmful people supporting harmful people. I am hoping this letter illustrates the dead-end futility of ego "justice". For, all who continue supporting ego "justice" instead of objective law will end in the prison of public ostracism and then vanish from civilization as detailed in the forthcoming publication titled Trilogy 2000. ...You and all others in the Neo-Tech ostracism/praise matrix will receive a copy.

By upholding objective law, you too can become a Citizen of the Universe. ...Take this opportunity for yourself, your family, our society, and all future generations.

1. On June 28, 1991, Frank R. Wallace enters Nellis Federal Prison Camp as a political prisoner. In July, 1991, prison officials began investigating Wallace's activities.

2. In early August, 1991, investigator P.J. Young accuses Wallace of receiving contraband through the mail.

3. Young is abashed when the revealed "contraband" is the biographical and geographical sections of Webster's Ninth Collegiate Dictionary, used to provide correct dates and spellings for Wallace's political writings.

4. Young intensifies his investigation of Wallace, including mail and phone surveillance...and locker shakedowns.

5. On September 3, 1991, 5:00 PM, Lt. M. Litz arrests Wallace on charges of conducting a business.

6. During the initial hearing that same evening, Officer Litz agrees that the evidence consists of Wallace's political writings, not of business activities.

7. Political writings and communication with the outside world is one of the most clearly defined prisoner rights (Ref: "The Law of Corrections and Prisoner Rights", Sheldon Krantz, 3rd ea., West Publishing, 1986). That right is specifically defined by the Supreme Court and dramatically articulated by Justice William 0. Douglas. That right checks totalitarianism by preventing political prisoners from being silenced through their disappearing in prisons.

8. At the next-day prison "Trial", a one person judge and jury, Mr. Robert Snelson, admits to Wallace that the charge lacks real evidence. Still, he cannot risk being the first federal official to give a green light to Wallace's political writings. Thus, Snelson upholds the charge and imposes a sentence for the "crime" (called a "shot" in prison). The penalty is to deprive Wallace of phone and visitor communication with his family and the outside world.

9. Wallace immediately asks Warden Jon Dobre to stay the sentence pending an administrative appeal. Mr. Dobre says he will review the evidence (Wallace's political writings) and have a decision the next day.

10. Mr. Dobre does not keep his appointment with Wallace. Instead, Dobre's secretary, Carol Thompson, tells Wallace that the sentence will continue.

11. Wallace makes repeated appointments to ask Dobre his reason for imposing the sentence during the appeal process.

12. At 2:30 PM, September 11, 1991, Wallace meets with an attorney to file a habeas-corpus action seeking phone and visitor communication during the appeal process.

13. Late that afternoon when prison Unit Manager Ms. Baird learns that Wallace is exercising his legal rights by filing a habeas-corpus action, she becomes enraged and reports Wallace's due-process legal action to Warden Dobre.

14. That evening, Dobre signs an order to ship Wallace out of Nellis to an isolated desert location, aborting the habeas-corpus action. Dobre dishonestly cites Code 3-30 as the legal reason to expel Wallace from Nellis. Using Code 3-30, Dobre declares in writing that Wallace was expelled because of "unsuitable adjustment at FPC Nellis". But, all the records at Nellis show the opposite. Those records show that Wallace was one of the most adjusted and cooperative prisoners, well-liked not only by his fellow inmates, but by the prison staff and administration as well. In addition, Wallace's work record shows the highest ratings for each month in every category.

15. Early the next morning, 6:30 AM, before Wallace can complete his habeas-corpus action, two guards pull him from his job on the breakfast serving line. They roll out his belongings, bind him in leg irons, waist chains, and handcuffs. At 8:30 AM, flanked by two guards, the heavily chained Wallace is in a prison van heading incommunicado across the desert toward an isolated prison camp atop a cold, windy hill near the tiny mining town of Boron, California.

16. Dobre thus commits an illegal act by punishing and expelling Wallace for exercising his legal rights and meeting his duty to resist the violation of perhaps the most important of prisoners' rights. ...Dobre has knowingly and dishonestly signed a false statement in order to expel Wallace from Nellis for filing a proper habeas-corpus action.

17. From that point, the deceptions and dishonesties spread throughout the prison and court systems. As shown in the habeas-corpus documents, once Wallace is isolated at Boron, every effort is made by each government official involved (with two exceptions) to interfere, impede, and delay both the appeal process and the habeas-corpus action in order to render those rightful legal actions moot. Those interferences also corrupt the decision of a bona-fide appeal hearing on December 3, 1991. That decision initially results in Lt. Thomas McGee reversing and expunging Wallace's original "shot" at Nellis for lack of evidence. But, because of Wallace's continued habeas-corpus action, higher officials quickly intervene to make a chagrined Lt. McGee compromise his integrity by recanting that due-process expungement. Next, those officials stage their own appeal "hearing"--a mock hearing staged with official pawns: Tedrick and Hines. ...To this day, prison officials leave Wallace's appeal uncompleted at the regional and national levels despite their own rules and regulations to complete all appeals--despite repeated oral assurances to Wallace, including on the day he leaves Boron, that they will complete the appeal.

18. Even after Wallace's release from prison, the rounds of evasion and dishonesty by the court, the prosecutor, and prison officials continue to ignore the illegal actions of Jon Dobre and others. Those actions include the blatantly dishonest act of conjuring up, ten months after the fact, a fabrication that Wallace was expelled from Nellis for his "political views"--they imply those views posed a security risk to the surrounding air-force base. ...What happens to Dobre's original Code 3-30 reason for expelling Wallace?

19. That newly posited reason is not only scandalous, false, and irrelevant to the habeas-corpus action, but is an illegal act of brewing up new fabrications and then fraudulently injecting them predated into legal documents. ...The court, the prosecutor, and the prison management all become willing cohorts to that illegal move and provable fraud.

20. This entire habeas-corpus affair is an example of how the failure to act on principle -- to act on objective law and justice -- lets government officials bypass honesty in ignoring the illegal acts of fellow officials. ...Such failures to uphold objective law corrupt our entire justice system and society.

You are a hard-working entrepreneur. Starting with $3500, you worked 16 hours a day, seven days a week, for over twenty years to build a medical-research firm. Your life is dedicated to a single goal: develop marketable knowledge leading to the root cause of disease. Marketing various segments of that developing knowledge increasingly provides the keys to understanding and then curing all diseases -- including cancer, AIDS, muscular dystrophy, and death itself.

Your only competitor, I & O Research and Writing, was attacked on November 3rd, 1986 by a criminal element growing within the IRS. I & O was destroyed through physical violence and looting inflicted by that criminal element. The illegal procedures used by the IRS were identified and codified in the table below. Each illegal procedure was named after the actual IRS employee who was responsible for criminally attacking and looting I & O Research and Writing:

10:00PM, April 15, 1992: You have spent the last two weeks, sixteen hours, a day completing the tax paperwork for your company and employees. Along with your accountant and lawyer, you have spent an average of ten weeks each year over the past decade handling all tax matters concerning your company and its twenty-five employees. That means for this decade alone, two years were lost to forced-labor paperwork. And that does not include the irreplaceable time destroyed on paperwork forced by other government bureaucracies and regulatory agencies. ...Because of that growing destruction of time and life, both you and your business can never reach full potential. Thus, you can never reach your goal of delivering the cure to all diseases.

You suddenly realize that the productive time consumed through such forced-labor paperwork diminishes the long-range potential of every person, every trade, every profession, every business. You realize that destruction of the value-producers' time is undermining the future of our economy and society. That time destroyed is even more harmful than the dishonest, excess taxes the value producers are forced to pay. And, those excess taxes are used for one purpose -- to advance those schemes designed to expand harmful jobs and power throughout the government. Those harmful jobs and power serve only one purpose -- to support the parasitical-elite class.

You have struggled long hours at the cost of all personal relationships. You have no time for vacations, leisure, relaxation. That unrelenting struggle is required for meeting the responsibilities to your employees, the economy, and society. Without more time, you cannot reach your potential of building a worldwide enterprise -- an enterprise providing countless jobs by delivering health, happiness, and prosperity to everyone. You realize that those two years of forced-labor paperwork per decade was that crucial increment of productive time required to reach your potential. ...Such is the destruction inflicted today on every hard-driving value producer with supreme goals and potentials.

Then you realize the escalation of time-destroying tax complexities backed by harsher and harsher penalties have nothing to do with collecting taxes. Instead, that escalation of destructiveness and penalties has everything to do with increasing bureaucratic control. For, that increasing control of the value producers is how the parasitical-elite class survives -- how it creates the harmful jobs and power needed to live parasitically.

You now understand how the parasitical elites join with white-collar-hoax executives of stagnant big businesses to prevent competition from the most competent entrepreneurs. You now understand why those elites must malign, destroy, and imprison people like Michael Milken and Leona Helmsley. By stifling free and aggressive competition, parasitical elites keep their own harmful livelihoods from being exposed and eliminated. Indeed, without that competition, parasitical business quislings can entrench themselves in big businesses. Thus, for years, even decades, those pseudo businesspeople gain unearned wealth and prestige by milking the great accumulations of assets built by genuinely competitive, aggressive value producers of the past. ...Most of those mighty value producers came from an age before the creation of armed bureaucracies used to enforce harmful political policies.

You are then struck by the connections between history's greatest value producers in art, music, science, and business. Despite the many fold increases in population and technology, we have no more da Vincis, Botticellis, Michelangelos, Mozarts, Beethovens, Chopins, Galileos, Newtons, Einsteins, Carnegies, Rockefellers, Fords. Why? The reasons can be traced to the destructive effects of an expanding parasitical-elite class methodically draining and shrinking everyone's long-range potential. That shrinkage of individual potential reduces or eliminates greatness from all conscious beings.

You realize that armed enforcement of destructive political policies is designed to support a growing parasitical-elite class not only throughout government and stagnant big businesses but throughout much of the news media, university education, and the legal profession. You realize that armed enforcements can be done only by criminally violating objective law. You realize that supreme value producers such as duPont, Vanderbilt, Carnegie, J. J. Hill, Rockefeller, Ford will not rise again until that criminal class of parasitical elites is eliminated. Indeed, if living today, everyone of those giant value producers would be in prison with their potentials collapsed. In prison for what? For violating destructive political policies enforced not only by the IRS but by all the other invasive bureaucracies and regulatory agencies cancerously growing today.

[ 87 ] Today, Frank R. Wallace is not only free from prison, but is free from any political "crime": His conviction was overturned on August 19, 1992, by the Federal Court of Appeals based on the honesty oath as reported in The Neo-Tech Report (September, 1992).
