Many thanks to all the members of the progstone group at Yahoo! Groups, who spent four years exploring, testing and retelling the ideas described in this book. In particular Colston Sanger helped explore the two states of mind found in the workplace, Philip Arickx provided provoking questions and support and established the progstone group, Martin Hargreaves kindly hosted the original website, maestro provided magical scholarship, Bill and Mary Allsopp provided insights into the range and diversity of ADHD responses and Howard Shaw III identified the full symmetry of the distortions produced by inside out thinking.
One of the lovely things about Internet debates are that the archives of the progstone group record everyone's contributions in a way no mere name check could ever do. The debate was extraordinary, and the errors are mine.
